TRIAL CLASS
All new pupils are entitled to one trial class only.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS
Dance Capital charge for all classes via monthly payment. Using this way to pay, you only need to insert your card details once and the payment will come off on the 1st of every month in advance of lessons. Class fees are required regardless of absence however, if your child misses a lesson they are welcome to attend one of our other branches for a catch up lesson. Please email to arrange.
TERMS
Classes are split into 6 terms. The shortest term is Term 6 which means the payments for those months will be less. Your monthly payments will be paused during the month of July; no payment will be taken during this month then payments will resume on 1st August when the new term commences. If you join halfway through a term you will only pay for the classes you attend via our online payment system. Term Dates can be found here https://www.dancecapital.co.uk/term-dates/
MISSED PAYMENTS
Unsuccessful payments will be re-attempted on the 3rd day after failed payment. Should the payment continue to be unpaid by the 7th day, your subscription and your child’s place in the class will be automatically cancelled.
SIBLINGS DISCOUNT
A siblings discount is applied to anyone with more than one child. Any additional siblings will receive a 10% discount.
SUBSCRIPTION PLAN
At the start of the new academic year (August) your child may move up to the next level therefore, there may be a slight increase in your monthly subscription plan. You will be fully informed of any increase.
CANCELLING YOUR PLACE
We require 4 weeks notice, in writing, if you wish to cancel your child’s place. Failure to notify us will result in you being charged for the 4 weeks.
TERMINATION
Dance Capital reserves the right to terminate a child’s place at any time if deemed necessary.
ALTERNATIVE PAYMENTS METHODS?
No. After much research we have come to the decision that monthly payment is the most convenient and affordable way to take payments for all parents. Streamlining our payment options allows us to keep our admin to a minimum, and focus on teaching and continually improve classes.
TIMETABLE AMENDMENTS
Dance Capital may occasionally make changes to the timetable. Parents/ guardians will be well informed of any changes.
CANCELLATION OF CLASS
In unforeseen circumstances we may have to cancel our classes. If this happens we will ensure that all parents/ guardians have been notified. Class payments would be reduced for the following month to cover this.
